The Principal, Government College for Men (Autonomous), Kadapa is pleased to constitute committee of Internal Complaints Committee – Sexual Harassment of Women with the following internal and external members with immediate effect until further orders for Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of complaints relating to the Sexual Harassment of Women employees and Students in the college campus.

Functions of ICC

  • To receive complaints of sexual harassment from any member of the college
  • To conduct inquiries into complaints in a fair and impartial manner
  • To ensure confidentiality throughout the complaint process
  • To recommend appropriate action to the administration
  • To organize awareness programs on sexual harassment prevention
  • To maintain records of all complaints and actions taken
  • To submit annual reports to the appropriate authorities
