The college has a history of hoary and glorious past and successful eminent personalities came out of the portals of this college, who have lived and are also living all over the world presently.

A new Alumni Association has been formed with the name of Alumni Association of Government College for Men (A), Kadapa with the society registration number 515 of 2022 on 29-06-2022 with the objective of encouraging the alumni to participate in the developmental and promotional activities of academic and infrastructure.
