Selection of GDC Palasa for the "Prerana Mitra" Pilot Project Administrative Excellence / Principalship
During my tenure as Principal, Government Degree College (GDC) Palasa achieved the unique distinction of being the only college across the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana selected for the prestigious "Prerana Mitra" pilot project. This major initiative was collaboratively organized by Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Pratham, UNESCO, BCDE, and the Department of School Education.
Exceptional NCC Unit Performance & Cadet Mentorship Student Mentorship / Extracurricular Leadership
Acted as the NCC Coordinator, successfully guiding the unit to achieve significant milestones. During my tenure: Consistently mentored 6 to 8 cadets every academic year who successfully qualified for and attended the Thal Sainik Camp. Guided one cadet who achieved the highly prestigious honor of attending the Republic Day Camp (RDC) in New Delhi. Facilitated the training and development of cadets, resulting in at least two cadets being selected as "Best Cadet" and receiving cash prizes every academic year.
State Level Second Prize - Best Women Empowerment Cell Institutional Leadership / Administration
Served as the Coordinator for the college's Women Empowerment Cell. Under my active coordination and leadership, the cell was recognized for its outstanding initiatives and awarded the prestigious State Level Second Prize for being the Best Women Empowerment Cell.
