Outcome / Summary

B. Sc., Biotechnology Students of III year and II year visited Dr. Venkata Rami Reddy’s Research lab (where animal cell culture facility was also available), experimental animal facility, liquid nitrogen preparation plant, Agri Park lab, Butterfly Park and museum, molecular biology lab on 29-10-2024. Students observed the casting of agarose gel and II year students loaded the DNA samples onto the gel. Thermal cycler operation was observed and students also rewritten the programme in PCR machine
